2. Jude Bellingham

Another option which could be experimented with is by dropping Jude Bellingham deeper than he played last season. Bellingham has experience of playing a deeper role with Borussia Dortmund and even the England international team, so he has what it takes to play the Kroos role.

As one of his idols, Bellingham would be the last person to compare himself to Kroos. However, there is certainly potential there. Bellingham has an excellent passing ability and he has shown how good he is at dictating play. As a young player with his own style, he will add his own sprinkle of Jude magic to the role, but there is an option here.

Admittedly, Real Madrid will be very attack-heavy next season. As things stand, they have Vinicius Junior, Kylian Mbappe, Rodrygo, Arda Guler and Endrick all competing for a place in the attack next season. Therefore, it is not the craziest thing in the world to think Bellingham could drop deeper next season. He is dynamic enough, after all.
