2. Nacho Fernandez

It's sad to say that Nacho Fernandez is walking a thin tightrope. After all, he is a club legend and the captain. Not many embody the club spirit as much as Nacho does, so it will be sad to see him go but unfortunately, it looks like that's his destination.

Nacho is one of the Real Madrid players with contracts expiring in 2024 but in truth, the club or the player will be in no rush to extend his current stay.

Nacho has had a good run-out in the starting eleven this season. However, if the squad remained fully fit, he'd be the first to admit that those minutes would be a lot less. Currently, Nacho has 33 appearances across all competitions for Real Madrid this season, starting 23 of them.

Nacho will go down as a club legend, sharing many great moments with the club including five Champions League trophies and three La Liga titles.
