Federico Valverde (winner)
One player who is surprisingly linked with a move away from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window is club legend Federico Valverde. Ageing at 25 years old, he has become a mainstay at Real Madrid and it goes without saying that the football capital is the best place for him to develop as a player.
With Toni Kroos potentially joining Man City, this leaves more room in the squad for Valverde. That said, he is likely near the top of the midfield pecking order in Ancelotti's perspective anyway.

Given Real Madrid's transfer plans in the summer transfer window, there will undoubtedly be some players who must leave. If Toni Kroos is to secure himself a club like Man City who can compete with the likes of Real Madrid, then he will be a winner.
His legendary status is intact at the Bernabeu and if Kroos wishes to add another league to his impressive armoury, then so be it.
