Moving from FC Barcelona to Real Madrid is only for the bravest of the brave. As El Clasico is one of the most heated and historic rivalries in the history of the sport, there are only a select few who would brave making such a switch. However, much to Real Madrid's delight, Luis Figo is one of those players.
In the summer transfer window of 2000, Real Madrid controversially met the buyout clause in Luis Figo's contract, allowing him to make the switch from Barcelona to the Spanish capital.
The winger is renowned for being one of the greatest names in La Liga history, despite not being the most prolific. He ultimately played five years with Real Madrid, winning the Champions League once and La Liga twice.
