Real Madrid have a fantastic recent record when it comes to identifying wonderkids from all over the world, signing them and then developing them into first-team starters at Santiago Bernabeu. The likes of Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga, Federico Valverde and several others have undergone that journey.

This transfer policy has served them spectacularly in recent years. So, there is very little reason for Real Madrid to change it.

Arsenal are another club who have a great record when it comes to developing youngsters and given them a chance to shine at the senior level. Mikel Arteta's side have been playing some of the best football in all of Europe over the past couple of seasons as well.

As reported by FootballTransfers, Arsenal have moved ahead of several European clubs in the pursuit of Tristan Panduro of FC Copenhagen. The likes of Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to have been watching him closely as well. But he is currently on trial with the London club and has always dreamt of playing in the Premier League.

Thus, it looks like Arsenal have moved ahead of the competition in the race to sign Panduro. While nothing appears to be done yet, it would be a bit of a surprise if Panduro did not end up joining the London club.

Of course, anything can happen in football. Valverde is believed to have had a trial at Arsenal early in his career as well but did end up joining Real Madrid.

Considering the level of interest in signing Panduro, he seems to be a top prospect for sure. If Real Madrid can sign him, it would have to be considered a major coup. And with Los Blancos' track record of developing wonderkids, it would not be a surprise if he went on to become a first-team player.
