Real Madrid met with Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League semifinal. It was an emphatic tie across two legs which luckily for Madridistas, went in favour of the Spanish capital. Many world-class players were on display throughout the two ties, including Vinícius Júnior, Jude Bellingham, Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane.

Well, one of the Bayern Munich players may have had a taste of what's to come for his future when playing against Real Madrid, or so he hopes.

According to an update from Carlos Carpio (h/t Madrid Universal), Jamal Musiala dreams about playing for Real Madrid one day. It is also reported that the rich history of Real Madrid appeals to Jamal Musiala more than playing for the likes of Man City.

Needless to say, Real Madrid would love to work with Jamal Musiala in the future. They certainly consider him as a potential transfer target, it just remains to be seen whether or not they pursue a move for him. With the news of Toni Kroos' retirement after this season, Los Blancos may wish to acquire a deeper midfielder, one who can fulfil the impossible task of replacing Kroos.

Indeed, Real Madrid are considering their options in that regard, with several options on the transfer shortlist, including Alexis Mac Allister of Liverpool.

However, this does not mean that Jamal Musiala will not be pursued in the future. After all, the Germany standout has been one of the best players in the world this season and there is always room for Carlo Ancelotti to incorporate more world-class talent.

It is good to see that Jamal Musiala has his head screwed on. Nobody will deny that Man City are a great club and they have the potential to become a historic superclub many years down the line.

However, they are not at this stage yet and it must be said that their future remains unknown, particularly with the hearing of their 115 financial fair players charges expected at the start of the 2024/25 season (The Telegraph). Musiala's safest bet is to sign for an established club like Real Madrid.

Where do you think Jamal Musiala will play next season?
