Other than the additions of Kylian Mbappe and Endrick. it was pretty much a boring transfer window for Real Madrid fans. Los Blancos have been very calculated with their moves in recent years and that did not change this time around. And why make a lot of changes anyway? They are the reigning European and Spanish champions for a reason.

Mbappe has made a slow start to life at Real Madrid, yes. But there is zero need to panic already. Players of his quality do not forget how to score goals overnight.

It is just about finding the right system and Mbappe needing some time to mesh with his teammates. That is all. Do not be surprised if Real Madrid start flying once again very soon.

The other major arrival of the summer was Endrick, although the deal had been agreed a couple of years ago. While one Brazilian wonderkid stands on the verge of superstardom, another is just hoping to get his career back on track and left Real Madrid on loan on deadline day.

Real Madrid signed Reinier in early 2020 for a transfer fee believed to be in the region of €30 million. Now, the club's recruitment of South American talent has been very good over the years. This time around, it does feel like they got it pretty wrong.

He is yet to make a senior appearance for Los Blancos. And as reported by the club's official website, Real Madrid and Granada have agreed to a loan deal for Reinier for this season, until June 30, 2025.

This is not Reinier's first time going out on loan either. He has already had spells at clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Girona and Frosinone. Now, he finds himself in the Spanish second division.
