Real Madrid might be enjoying a great start to the season but that does not mean that they do not have problems right now. The biggest is quite clearly their never-ending injury list. Whenever someone returns, another player or more appear to head for the sidelines. Carlo Ancelotti has one of the toughest jobs in football right now.

It is quite remarkable that Real Madrid have lost just one game so far this season. But who knows how they will perform in the latter parts of the campaign when fatigue starts to take its toll on a squad already lacking in depth.

Last season, it had looked like Real Madrid had pretty much run out of steam by February and were very inconsistent after that point. Over the first 19 league games, they had lost just twice. Over the last 19, they lost six times.

It remains to be seen how the club do this time around. The signs are looking a bit more positive but who knows how things will turn, especially with the number of injury problems they have. Los Blancos will need to strengthen their squad in future transfer windows. That is for certain.

Right-back is one area where Real Madrid need to strengthen in the future. And as reported by Relevo, the recruitment team led by Juni Calafat does not stop searching for future options. Reece James of Chelsea has always been the favourite, but he still has a long contract with the Blues.

James is one of the most talented right-backs in world football. He was named Chelsea captain this season following the departure of Cesar Azpilitcueta.

James does have a long-term deal with Chelsea. But at the same time, one has to look at the club's situation and their continued struggles since the change in ownership. They do not even look close to challenging for the top six, forget trophies. Would the Englishman eye the exit door if the situation does not change quickly?
