Fabrizio Romano confirms Inter Miami have signed Real Madrid target
It is not often that you see a Real Madrid-linked player join Inter Miami. But then, it is not often that one gets the chance to play with Lionel Messi either. The 8-time Ballon d'Or winner made the move to Major League Soccer last year and now, it looks like David Beckham's side have signed one of the brightest talents in Argentine football as well.
Real Madrid have a fantastic record when it comes to signing youngsters from all over the world and developing them into superstars at Santiago Bernabeu. Just look at how things have turned out for Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga and to some extent, Jude Bellingham as well.
Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, two all-time greats, are expected to leave Real Madrid in the not-too-distant future. Thus, the club might need to rebuild their midfield department slightly and one player they were linked with heavily is Federico Redondo.
The Argentine is the son of Real Madrid legend, Fernando Redondo. But despite Los Blancos' rumoured interest as well as that of several other famed European clubs, the 21-year-old is set to join Inter Miami instead.

As tweeted by Fabrizio Romano, Redondo to Inter Miami is a 'here we go'. The deal is sealed with Argentinos Juniors after a verbal agreement last week. It’s all done for a €8 million package.
It is hard to imagine that top European clubs were not ready to sign Redondo for that transfer package. This certainly feels like a decision to go to Inter Miami instead of Europe.
In the long run, it might pay off. One would expect Redondo to be a regular starter for Inter Miami. It would not have been expected to be that at clubs like Real Madrid. After developing for a few years, he can still make the move to Europe.
