Real Madrid could certainly do with more options up top right now. Joselu is the only recognised centre-forward in the squad and even he is on a season-long loan deal from Espanyol. The situation has meant that Carlo Ancelotti has changed his system from a 4-3-3 to a 4-4-2 and it is impressive that the results have improved.
Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo have had to play more central roles. The former has not been at his best this season and has suffered a couple of medium-term injury problems already. The latter struggled for a long time but has suddenly found the best form of his career.
Most fans would agree that Real Madrid's squad would be significantly improved if they did sign another forward. And it looks like they might have an opportunity to bring in Moise Kean from Juventus.
Juventus are interested in Dani Ceballos. As reported by Defensa Central (via Tutto Juve), the club would be open to proposing an exchange on equal terms with Kean. However, it is unlikely that the deal will go through since Real Madrid would not be looking for strikers in January.
Juventus ready to offer swap deal for Real Madrid player
Kean was one of the brightest young talents in the game while coming through the ranks at Juventus and showed a lot of early promise. That was followed by a rather confusing move to Everton.
Interestingly, Kean did work with Ancelotti during their time together at Everton. He also showed a lot of promising signs while on loan at PSG, scoring 17 goals that season.
It earned him a move back to Juventus. The results have been less than impressive though. He has scored a combined 14 goals over the past two seasons for the Turin-based side and is yet to open his account this time around. So, it is hard to imagine him making a major impact at Real Madrid.
