Khvicha Kvaratshkelia is one of the top young talents in Europe right now and it is no surprise that Real Madrid have been linked with him in the past. The Georgian international joined Napoli in the summer of 2022 and enjoyed a meteoric rise out of the gates. He was a key reason behind them winning their first Serie A title since Diego Maradona's time in Naples.
That kind of quality has seen him being linked with several top European clubs recently. One of them is Real Madrid.
His father also commented recently about how the 22-year-old had always dreamed of Real Madrid. It is safe to say that that only increased the rumours linking Kvaratskhelia with a move to Santiago Bernabeu.
Kvaratskhelia himself seems to be focused only on Napoli at the moment though. As reported by Sky Sport, he said in an interview with Geo Team:
"Childhood passion, but now I'm happy in Naples and I'm 100% focused on my club."

Someone like Kvaratskhelia would be an excellent addition to almost any team in world football. That being said, one has to wonder whether he would be the right fit for Real Madrid.
Real Madrid already have Vinicius Junior for the left flank. With all due respect to Kvaratskhelia, the Brazilian has proven himself at a higher level and for a longer time.
Also, there is a lot of speculation about them potentially signing Mbappe next summer as a free agent. If that was to happen, then it would be almost impossible to fit someone like Kvaratskhelia into the squad. Los Blancos could certainly do with more options going forward but the Georgian is not someone you would want as a squad option.
Considering the circumstances, it is hard to see Kvaratskhelia ending up at Real Madrid anytime soon. Of course, never say never in football.
