Real Madrid are assembling quite a formidable squad for the future. The club have been bringing in top youngsters from all over the world to build a team that will no doubt challenge at the highest level in Europe for years to come. However, with all of the talent that has been brought in, naturally, some players have gotten a bit lost in the shuffle.

One Real Madrid player whose future has been the subject of a lot of speculation lately is Arda Guler. The Turkish international was brought in from Fenerbahce in the summer for a transfer fee that could reach a total of €30 million.

Guler has seen limited minutes in his debut season at the club. A major reason behind that is the constant injuries he suffered earlier in the campaign, which meant that he had to wait until January to make his first appearance for Los Blancos.

Many have begun to question if the youngster's immediate future still lies with Real Madrid or if we could see him leave on loan to get regular game time elsewhere. There certainly is no lack of interest in his signature despite his struggles this season.

As reported by AS, more than a dozen clubs, including Real Betis and Sevilla, are asking about Guler. It will be Real Madrid who have the last word. If they send him out on loan, the club prefer a team that will play in the Champions League next season.

Guler has only featured in a handful of games this season. In the matches in which he has appeared, he has put in some nice cameo performances, scoring his first goal for the club in a 4-0 win against Celta Vigo last month.

However, with the quality of talent ahead of Guler in the pecking order, and players like Endrick, and potentially Kylian Mbappe, arriving this summer, it would make a lot of sense if Guler was indeed sent out on loan. Let's see how things play out.
