It would be safe to say that most Real Madrid fans are not fond of Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan international spent six years playing for FC Barcelona and scored almost 200 goals for them, many of which came in El Clasicos. When he did leave, he ended up joining Atletico Madrid and inspired them to a La Liga triumph as well. further solidifying his position as one of the best strikers of all time.

Suarez has left European football since then and currently plays for Gremio, where he is scoring consistently even at 36 years of age. There has been talk of a potential move to Inter Miami to reunite with Lionel Messi as well.

Playing in Brazil, Suarez has gotten the chance to see Endrick closely. The Brazilian wonderkid will be joining Real Madrid next summer when he turns 18 years of age. The club have already agreed a €60 million transfer package with Palmeiras.

That is a staggering transfer fee to shell out for a player of his experience. Yet, if he can fulfil his potential, that figure might look like a bargain in the future. Suarez certainly seems to have been impressed with what he has seen from Endrick.

"Obviously, I wanted Endrick to join Barcelona, but he is the one who has to decide and enjoy his soccer. And the world of soccer will enjoy him."

Suarez had more kind words for Endrick. The Barcelona legend appears to believe that he will be a star for both the Brazil national team and Real Madrid, as he said:

"He is already a star. He’s still very young, taking his first steps. But I think what he’s achieved this year is incredible. He’ll be a star for Brazil, Real Madrid and of soccer for many years to come."

Endrick has been already showing signs of his superstar potential. He finished the season in top form with Palmeiras, as they won the Brazilian Serie A once again.
