Manchester United and Real Madrid interested in Spanish player
Real Madrid are always on the lookout for top talents around Europe and beyond. A player close to home seems to have caught their attention in recent times after his performances in La Liga as well as for Spain at the Olympics, as they clinched the gold medal in Paris. But the 21-year-old seems to be on the radar of Manchester United as well.
Of course, we are talking about the latest youngster to emerge from Sevilla, who seems destined for superstardom. As reported by AS, Manchester United are 'competing' with Real Madrid for Juanlu Sanchez.
Juanlu is a versatile player who plays all over the pitch. He can play as a right-back or further up the flank as a winger. We have seen him in midfield as well.
That kind of versatility would be an asset for any team. Also, the Spaniard, who turned 21 just last month, is expected to improve as a player as he gets more experience at the top level. He has made less than 50 appearances for Sevilla so far and is yet to get his first senior cap for Spain. If he continues playing like this, that call up should not be far away.

Manchester United signed one of Real Madrid's top targets this summer, Leny Yoro. Los Blancos surely would not want another player they are interested in to pick Old Trafford over Santiago Bernabeu.
Let's see how things play out for Juanlu. He is at Sevilla for the time being and is expected to remain there for at least the remainder of this season.
That will give him a chance to develop his game further. He seems to have established himself as a starter at Sevilla. Let's see if he can continue performing at a high level or not.
