Some of the greatest players in history have played for Real Madrid over the years and helped the club become the best ever. Many of their sons have gone on to represent Los Blancos during their own playing careers as well, carrying on the family legacy. But unfortunately, it looks like one such player is looking towards the exit door.
Zinedine Zidane is one of the best players in football history and arguably the greatest of his generation. The French World Cup winner spent five seasons playing for Real Madrid.
Despite being such an extraordinary player, Zidane achieved more as a manager for Real Madrid. As the head coach, he guided the club to the iconic Champions League threepeat and numerous other trophies over his two stints in the Santiago Bernabeu hot seat.
All four of Zidane's sons have spent time at Real Madrid's youth academy. None of them have really achieved a lot of success at the senior level though. Enzo and Luca have already left, and could soon be joined by one of their brothers.
Real Madrid legend's son wants to leave the club
As reported by MARCA, Elyaz Zidane is considering leaving Real Madrid and looking for a way out. Two starts in 21 games is the reason for the player's doubts about his continuity, as he has not fit into Alvaro Arbeloa's style.
Elyaz is 18 years of age and he can play as a left-back as well as a centre-back. It looks like he could be on the way out of Real Madrid soon in search of playing time.
If Elyaz does end up leaving Real Madrid in the near future, Theo will be the only Zidane left at the club. The 21-year-old midfielder is yet to make a senior appearance but is a regular at the Castilla level.
