Real Madrid are heavy favourites to win La Liga following their 3-2 win over FC Barcelona in the recent El Clasico. The added time winner from Jude Bellingham left Los Blancos 11 points clear at the top of the league table with just six games left to be played. It would be a miracle if they do not win it from here.

Their next game is against Real Sociedad away at Anoeta. And there is some mixed for Real Madrid heading into the match.

As reported by the club's official website, Bellingham has been able to join up with the squad. Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti will be without Rodrygo, who is still suffering from the flu and is unavailable.

Initially, it was Bellingham who had been left out of the squad while Rodrygo was included. But there has been a last-minute swap of sorts before the game against Real Sociedad.

Of course, Bellingham's inclusion is great news for Real Madrid. It remains to be seen whether he ends up starting, having missed training recently, or is handed a place on the bench in case the team need him at some point.

On the other hand, we can only wish Rodrygo a speedy recovery. Hopefully, he is back to full health soon and back on the pitch, doing what he does best, that is score goals and win Real Madrid vital matches.

While the La Liga title race might be over for all intents and purposes, Real Madrid still have some important games coming up. Next week, they will travel to Germany to take on Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals. That might very well be their toughest test remaining this season. A week later, they will welcome the Bavarian giants to Santiago Bernabeu. The two teams have had some epics in Europe.
