Real Madrid are still very much in the race to sign Canadian defender Alphonso Davies, despite the Bayern Munich sporting director reinstating his confidence about the possibility of Davies staying with Bayern Munich.
Carlo Ancelotti clearly has big plans to bolster this Real Madrid team in the summer transfer window. 2024/25 is thought to be a scarily promising season for Real Madrid, with Kylian Mbappe expected to join, Endirck confirmed to join and the likes of Alphonso Davies linked to the club. The future is scary for every team except Real Madrid, whose fans can be very excited about what's ahead.
Real Madrid want to sign Alphonso Davies' two Bayern Munich teammates
According to a report by Real Madrid Exclusivo, Alphonso Davies is not the only Bayern Munich player Real Madrid could target in the near future. Indeed, they are interested in signing Joshua Kimmich and Jamal Musiala too.
It makes sense. Joshua Kimmich is linked with a move away from Bayern Munich, after his relationship with the Bayern Munich higher-ups was put into question last month. As an established Germany midfielder looking for his next adventure, he seems like the natural progression from Toni Kroos, who is nearing the end of his career, or at least his time with Real Madrid.
Jamal Musiala is one of the most promising young players in football and Real Madrid's interest has been well-documented for some time now. Los Blancos have some of the finest young talents in their ranks, so adding in Musiala would secure the long-term future of the club. The 21-year-old can play in the midfield or on the wing, so his versatility would be beneficial for Carlo Ancelotti.
It remains to be seen the extent of Real Madrid's interest in this trio. At least for Musiala and Kimmich, whose links are still in their early days.
In other news, Pep Guardiola has made a shocking admission about Real Madrid.
