Real Madrid have said goodbye to a couple of legends this summer in Toni Kroos and Nacho. The former has retired while the latter has moved to Al-Qadsiah, bringing an end to his run as a one club man. Both played a key part in their Champions League and La Liga triumphs last season and it will be interesting to see how Los Blancos replace not only their quality but their experience as well.

Another player who played an important role in Real Madrid's double last season is Andriy Lunin. For the first time in his career, he got a proper run as a starter, with Thibaut Courtois out with a long-term injury, and he made the most of the opportunity.

Yet, when Courtois returned from his injury late in the season, he was straight back into the starting XI while Lunin was back on the bench. Naturally, it looks like he is seeking an exit this summer.

Lunin has been linked with clubs like Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and more in recent times. But it looks like it will take a decent fee to convince Real Madrid to part ways with him.

As reported by MARCA, the clubs that have shown interest in Lunin through his agent, Jorge Mendes, know that whoever wants to sign the goalkeeper will have to pay a €30 million transfer fee. Carlo Ancelotti is calm.

That is a significant fee for a backup goalkeeper. That being said, Lunin proved himself last season and played a vital part in getting Real Madrid to the Champions League final.

There is just a year left on his contract though and there is a risk that he could leave as a free agent. So, if his situation remains unresolved for long, one would expect that figure to come down gradually over the summer.
