Real Madrid have a lot of planning to do over the summer. There is a lot left to wonder about, who to sell, who to buy, and what else to do.
They already have their plate full with Rodrygo's future. There is a lot left to think about, but they are doing it, slowly but surely.
They sold Nico Paz to Como in 2024, with a buy-back clause that increases in value every single year. Real Madrid were going to sign him this summer, but I am guessing them signing Franco Mastantuono - who is already making Real Madrid fans drool over him - changed their plans.
However, it did give them an idea to follow the same protocol with another brilliant talent they have currently. According to Di Marzio, Real Madrid could sell Jacobo Ramon to Como, and the deal will include a release clause.
Jacobo Ramon is a great player that could do well for Como
Cesc Fabregas is brilliant at what he does, and whatever he has cooked with Paz over the last year has improved the player three-fold. It is simply brilliant how good he is, and Real Madrid may be looking to get Jacobo the same help.
The Real Madrid academy defender has been good for Castilla, he's been exceptional for them, in fact. However, he has also had a few good performances with the first team, which boosted his value a little more after every appearance.
Now, it is a brilliant move for all parties involved. Como get a wonderful, talented player who can improve a lot in the coming years. Real Madrid will get a decent amount of money with full control over the player's future should he play well enough for a call back.
Last but not least, Jacobo gets a brilliant opportunity to play a lot of important minutes at a decent club in Serie A, who have a young core and will continue to get better.
