Every Madrid fan understands the significance Fede Valverde gives to the team. He is the squad's silent hero, working relentlessly to assist the club go forward and higher. He is rarely recognized with prizes and accolades, but he is always striving to do his best for his team.

It would not be inaccurate to say that he is the most meticulous member of the Real Madrid squad. This has not just been the case this year, but in previous seasons as well. I don't recall him being compelled to leave for an extended amount of time in recent memory. He's been consistent and attentive of the team's demands. Valverde is the most important team player our squad has had in recent years.

He is a prolific goal scorer when the squad is in a deadlock, as well as a defensive player when the squad lacks quality in the back.

He has been moved into a variety of positions over the last few seasons to fill any gaps that have arisen. Apart from the position between the goalposts, he has attempted almost every position, including right-back, right-winger, and, on occasion, center back. And, mind you, he has excelled at all of them.

But there's no denying that, despite his competence in all of these positions, he feels most at home in the middle. His strengths and skills are best exploited when he approaches the sheet from the center. Everyone knows that, but does Carlo Ancelotti?

Carlo Ancelotti reveals what he thinks will be the future for Fede Valverde

During the press conference ahead to the La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano, Los Blancos manager Carlo Ancelotti shared his honest opinion on the number eight. He discussed his preferred position, his value to the squad, and the significance of his services to the club throughout this difficult and error-filled season.

According to the translations provided by Diario AS, the manager said thus:

"He can play, I know where he likes to play less, as a right winger. He likes to be a pivot or an inside midfielder and as a full-back too. In the future he will be one of the best, or he already is, he is the best midfielder in the world, the best full-back, I don't know... But his future is going to be in the middle of the field."

These statements appropriately express the manager's and the club's confidence in the Uruguayan. They recognize his value and, more crucially, his preferences. Carlo Ancelotti recognizes that Valverde enjoys serving as the team's pivot, and that a place in the middle is the ideal fit for his ability. It is vital to note that the boss has already demonstrated confidence in his future midfield prospects.
