Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni has seen it all.

He is a midfielder who has been criticised multiple times by both fans and the media, and every time he faced it with his back to the wall, he came back stronger than ever and delivered fantastic performances.

That is what he has been doing this season too, except that this time, the run has lasted seven months.

Since the turn of the year, Tchouameni has been brilliant, and is now running the show for Real Madrid under Xabi Alonso. He also was the cover star for Rolling Stone Africa, and was interviewed, where he talked about his future with Real Madrid.

Aurelien Tchouameni is Real Madrid through and through

Real Madrid fans, you will love this one. He was asked about where he would ideally want to retire, to which he gave an answer Toni Kroos would be proud of.

He said: "Always at the top. Hopefully at Real Madrid, the biggest club in the world.”

That is something fans could drool over. Obviously, a Real Madrid player would say something like that. However, people just say the most generic answers, something along the lines of, 'You never know where life takes you', or 'I don't think about that'.

He could have just ended his answer at 'Always at the top', but he chose to add that he dreams of finishing his career at Real Madrid.

That is obviously a good thing. For those who still doubt him after everything that he has achieved, let me say it once again: Tchouameni is ridiculously talented, and the way he performs at the club week in week out says volumes about his talent and his importance at the club.

Wanting him to continue for as long as possible is only good news for Real Madrid, who are currently head over heels for the Frenchman.
