UEFA's disciplinary committee has opened an inquiry against four Real Madrid players for their behavior during the second leg victory over Atletico Madrid.

The players Kylian Mbappe, Antonio Rudiger, Dani Ceballos, and Vinicius Jr were seen on video allegedly doing indecent activities, which were officially recorded by Atletico Madrid's administration and forwarded to UEFA for quick action.

Rudiger was recorded doing a slit throat movement in front of Atletico Madrid fans, Kylian Mbappe was observed gesturing at his genitals, and Vinicius Jr and Ceballos were caught having profane talks with the home team's fans.

The conclusion of this study was eagerly anticipated, as it would determine how the club could arrange its team ahead of the vital quarter-final match against Arsenal.

The verdict has been given

However, the verdict has finally arrived. The UEFA disciplinary committee has handed down sanctions to three players.

According to the verdict, Antonio Rudiger was fined 40,000 euros and given a delayed suspension, which means that he will only be suspended if the offense is repeated within a one-year probation term.

This practically indicates that Rudiger will be available to play against Arsenal. A significant relief for the squad, as the already struggling defensive roster may have taken another massive hit.

Kylian Mbappe, on the other side, received a 30,000 euro fine and a postponed ban in the same manner as Rudiger. This implies that the Frenchman will be available against Arsenal.

Dani Ceballos received a 20,000-euro fine with no suspension. The player is still recovering from an injury and is unlikely to play in the first leg.

UEFA did not begin any actions against Vinicius Jr., which was a huge relief for both the player and Real Madrid. This indicates that his infraction was not counted, and he was not given anything. Neither a fine nor a suspension.
