Best Player

Real Madrid was in much better form last month in comparison to the rest of the season. That success came from none other than Cristiano Ronaldo.

The star winger has been rested two games by Zidane but made use of his play time.

Of the seven matches Real Madrid played in, Ronaldo took part in five of them. In that time, CR7 scored eight goals and had one assist. Ronaldo put up some amazing stats even though he started off the season quite slow. Not only has the striker picked up in form, but showed great leadership as he captained his side.

Without a doubt, Ronaldo is now back and inform. His two goals against Paris Saint-Germain had silenced the critics and announced his return. Next week, the goalscorer will be looking to add to his goal tally as his team participates in the second-leg of the Champions League.

Dark Horse

Ronaldo was no doubt the highlight player of the month but there was another player for the Whites who came up big.

Many know of the capability possessed by Lucas Vazquez, but the academy player never really had consistent playing time to show it off. In February, Lucas participated in all seven matches for Real of which he started five.

The minutes clearly did a wealth of good for his confidence as he stunned La Liga with some impressive stats. Vazquez had two goals and five assists over the seven games and now has 12 assists, the clubs most this season.
