Three takeaways as Real Madrid slip to a draw against Celta Vigo

Should fans be concerned or is this an anomaly?:
Real have endured a very hard last couple of weeks – there was the exit from the Copa, the resurgence at El Sadar and then the slip-up against Celta. However, it is worth noting that all of those games have been played in a short span of time, with rotating players and systems – it seems natural fatigue has set in.
Since the turn of the new year, Los Blancos played in the Super Cup too alongside the league and cup games. Given the injuries too, a few players have played a considerable amount of football. With the business end of the season approaching, it is understandable to see why Zidane has gambled by utilising out-of-form players like Bale and Marcelo. However, the gamble has yet to pay off in any of the games he has tried it in.
Real largely played well during the match – unfortunately, Celta capitalised on the few moments that the team switched off in and made them pay. The visitors came into the match with a game-plan and a goal in mind. They were intent and focussed on it from the first whistle. This is something Real lacked in the game – initially going behind from a very relaxed start, it seemed as though they were unable to get going until faced with adversity.
The result may not be overly positive but there is certainly no huge cause for concern. A common theme during this recent patch has been the side showing fight back. Real Madrid has historically always risen to the big occasions, if anyone knows how to pick them up, it’s Zinedine Zidane.
