Vinícius Júnior

I don’t think there is a young player with the abilities as good as this prodigious Brazilian, barring his finishing skills and final ball which have significant room for improvement.

Starting the game against both Real Sociedad and Mallorca, and even scoring against the latter, Vinícius Júnior has made a substitute appearance in each of the other three games, and he has added a spark to the attack every time has played.

He took the Sociedad and Mallorca games by the scruff of the neck, and is also deserving of a starting spot in the team as much as any other player. His raw pace and off the ball movement has wreaked havoc and it is only a matter of time before he becomes one of the first names on the teamsheet.

Karim Benzema

Karim Benzema is having one of his best seasons as a Real Madrid. He has been simply sensational. His performances have silenced his critics and he has scored thrice since the restart, not to forget the backheel assist he provided for Casemiro’s goal in a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Espanyol. It was a game that had to be decided by one pure moment of genius, and it came from the feet on none other than the Frenchman.

He has the best player on the pitch, not only for Real Madrid, but in the entire league. Some pundits have claimed that he has outperformed Lionel Messi, which is a big deal because the Argentine has consistently been the best player in LaLiga since Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure.

Karim’s aim will be to lead Los Blancos to a 34th LaLiga title, along with the personal goal of reaching 20 league goals, which he definitely will.
