Real Madrid: Martin Odegaard has requested to remain at Sociedad

He’s believed in Odegaard and allowed the creative No. 10’s skills to flourish, as Odegaard has helped get the most out of top attackers like Portu and future superstar Mikel Oyarzabal.

Real Sociedad is best for Odegaard’s development, and Los Blancos also seem to understand this. It appears it is all but settled that Odegaard will remain at Sociedad, and it will be interesting to see if Takefusa Kubo, who also had a great season on loan at Mallorca, will join him.

La Real are building something special, and with Odegaard remaining as the centerpiece, they can make a big push for Champions League football and be competitive in the Europa League, assuming they clinch a spot.
