With France’s Euro 2020 campaign coming to a sudden end against Switzerland in the Round of 16, Real Madrid will look to expedite negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappe. Josep Pederol of El Chiringuito has been beating the drum about Mbappe’s arrival for quite some time and only time will tell whether Pederol has been right all this while.

Meanwhile, according to L’Equipe, Kylian Mbappe has communicated his decision to Paris Saint-Germain that he does not want to renew his contract. Mbappe, who has developed a colossal figure at PSG over the years, wishes to part ways with the club in a cordial manner and is willing to see out his contract as a sign of respect.

However, his decision to not renew terms could mean that Paris Saint-Germain would look to sell the winger this summer. Mbappe is on contract with Qatar owned French team until 2022 and could leave PSG next year in the summer as a free agent.

Real Madrid have been linked with the 22-year-old all summer long. Let’s have a look at three different golden options that Los Blancos have at signing their wanted galactico.

3. A VARANE PLUS CASH SWAP DEAL

This is the least favourable option at the moment but could potentially be the best one too. It’s no secret that Raphael Varane wants a new challenge in his career and Real Madrid wants Kylian Mbappe this summer.

With that being said, a swap deal including Varane and Mbappe going the opposite direction plus cash could be an option to consider for the summer. However, losing both Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane in the summer transfer window would be unwise and it could terribly backfire due to the limited options in the defence.

Hence, Raphael Varane+ cash for Kylian Mbappe is not the best offer in my opinion, however, it is a viable option at signing the French forward. Varane has a high market value and Real Madrid could use him as a financial asset in their bid to land Mbappe. What do you make of this potential transfer offer?
