Paul Pogba: Can his dream of being a Real Madrid player turn into a reality?

Zinedine Zidane’s long lost transfer target, Paul Pogba, will be available as a free agent in the summer of 2022. Pogba’s contract with Manchester United runs out next year and his agent Mino Raiola has dropped hints on a potential exit.

Pogba himself recently dodged a question by El Chiringuito TV on whether he will play for his “dream club”, which is Real Madrid. He promptly replied that he knew this question was on the cards and preferred not to comment.

While Pogba’s off-field behavioral issues and antics are quite unprofessional, one simply cannot deny his surreal talent, potential, and ability on the ball. He can pick out passes like no other midfielder in the world, he can use the inside and the outside of his boot effectively, he’s strong in the air and has the ability to score a cracker from distance.

All in all, Paul Pogba would be a fantastic addition at Real Madrid given that Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are nearing the finish line of their respective careers. It would be even better if Los Blancos snap him up on a free transfer.
