It’s a well-known story now that AC Milan are closing on a deal with Real Madrid for Brahim Diaz.

The Rossoneri want the former Manchester City midfielder for a second year on loan and Sai Siddhartha believes that it’s the best move for the player, Milan and Madrid.

Meanwhile, AC Milan have also shown interest in Luka Jovic and I’ve written an article on how a move to San Siro might be the only lucrative option for Jovic this summer.

While Milan have shown serious interest in Isco and Jovic, a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Isco is also considered as a serious transfer target.

Should Real Madrid consider selling Isco if AC Milan offer the right sum?

In my opinion, Real Madrid should not think twice about parting ways with Isco. There’s no doubt that the Spaniard was once one of the very best creative playmakers. He was also Carlo Ancelotti’s favourite option from the bench and was his attacking wildcard to break defences. However, Isco is no longer the player he once was and it’s pretty evident from his performances.

AC Milan are looking for a creative number 10 after Hakan Calhanoglu completed a free transfer move to AC Milan a few weeks back. The Rossoneri consider Isco to be the one to fill in the Turkish attacker’s role.

Given Isco’s performances, it’s certain that Isco will not offer a lot of money. A figure around the ballpark of 10-15 million euros would be ideal and it’s highly unlikely that Los Blancos would receive an offer better than that.

With that being said, AC Milan might just complete a triple deal over the summer from Real Madrid. Brahim would go on loan while Isco and Jovic could be sold permanently for the right price.

What do you make of AC Milan’s interest in Isco? Would Isco leaving this summer create more room for Martin Odegaard to grow? Let me know your opinion on this transfer rumour below in the comment section.
