Another one of the fiery names from the European Championships, Denzel Dumfries has been recently praised as a possible Real Madrid target by colleague Ranoveer Neogi. In his limited time in the European Championship, he managed to score two goals alongside maintaining his defensive chores. It is no doubt that now, he would be a hot transfer commodity to keep an eye on.

The prospect of a right-back is even more important to Real Madrid. Alvaro Odriozola could be on his way out of Madrid and Dani Carvajal cannot operate without a backup. Lucas Vazquez did more than decently in the same position but it’s true that he is a traditional forward and can slip up at times, something that Madridistas should remember from this past season.

As such, having a player like Dumfries out wide in the backline could be a great asset to possess for Real Madrid. He can be a possible goal threat and is a tidy defender. Currently valued at just 16 million euros, he is one of the best bargains a club could grab.

Apart from his shenanigans in the European Championship where he has an overall rating of 7.1, he has also been a steady campaigner for his club making as many as 30 appearances in the Eredivisie. He also has two goals and six assists to his credit in the Dutch league. He’d surely be one of the ‘budget’ commodities to watch this summer.
