4. Marvin Park (Right-winger)

Every team needs workhorses in modern football. The game is being played at an extreme pace these days, and it is important to have quick and hard-working players in the midfield and on the wings. Real Madrid already has such a player in Lucas Vazquez, but Castilla also has someone similar in Marvin Park, who can be a great player for Real Madrid in the future.

Marvin Park, a Spanish player with a Nigerian father and a Korean mother, has been a regular for Castilla since the 2020/21 season, and he also got to play for the first team a number of times. He made his first-team debut in the first game of the season against Real Sociedad, with Zidane subbing on the winger in the second half. After that, he got to make two starts for the first team and brought a lot of energy with him, as he registered an assist to his name with Rodrygo’s goal against Granada.

The 21-year-old is primarily a right-winger, but he also has the ability to play as a wingback, which makes him much more similar to Lucas Vazquez. He has also played as a striker occasionally, but it is evident from his game that he’s more comfortable from the right.

Marvin’s most lethal weapon is his pace. The Castilla No.7 might be the quickest player in his team, and against Granada, it appeared like he was faster than Vinicius, who is one of the fastest players in the first team. He is also a disciplined player and is one of the first players to lead the press and then recover quickly. Marvin Park isn’t really a natural goalscorer, and sometimes he delays his shots. He did win an award for the 2019/20 UEFA Youth League goal of the tournament, but his finishing can be a lot better.

It’s fair to call him a rough diamond, but he does have a lot of suitors already. Torino wanted to sign the winger as per AS, but Real Madrid are not looking to sell him, and Ancelotti thinks he can be very useful for the team. But according to MARCA, Carletto wants him to develop more by staying at Castilla, and call him up when needed.

Marvin is fourth on this list just because there are some better players in the team. But once he polishes some aspects of this game, there would be no stopping him.
