Real Betis

This has been a rumor in the past too, but it does seem like an interesting move. Dani Ceballos burst into the Betis starting XI in 2016, and performed admirably. Going back to the team to show that he’s a much better version of the player that left four years ago would be a great choice.

Betis have turned into one of the best sides in Spain as of late, and their midfield at the moment is really tough to get into. But, I think that Ceballos has the potential to become a starter, or at least an important role player for this team.

They’re a hungry side that plays brilliant attacking football, which is a system Ceballos thrives in. As long as he’s not asked to play as an anchor, I think he should be good.

Like I said, there is a lot of competition in this team now than there was a few years ago, and I don’t think Ceballos will have it easy there. He will have to bring out the best version of himself in every single game to show Pellegrini that he’s capable of starting for this team and take them to the next level. It’s easier said than done, but I think Ceballos can pull it off.
