Real Madrid Predicted Lineup vs. Inter Milan for last Champions League group stage match

Real Madrid are coming off three straight massive victories in La Liga. Last weekend, Los Blancos defeated Sevilla behind an inspired performance from Vinicius Junior. Then on Wednesday, it was Thibaut Courtois’ turn to play the hero with an inspired performance vs. Athletic Club. And finally, Luka Jovic made a statement with a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over another La Liga title contender, Real Sociedad.

This Tuesday night, Real Madrid will face Inter Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu, having beaten them in their previous three meetings at either the San Siro or Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano.

Los Blancos will be favorites, but Inter have a lot to play for. In addition to revenge, the Nerazzurri still are not safely through to the knockout stages. They will give Real a fight at the Bernabeu.

Nacho Fernandez is a possibility, actually, but last season’s standout against Inter is better off on the bench. David Alaba has already reached undroppable status at Real Madrid. He wears the No. 4 well.

CB Eder Militao

The Brazilian central defender is quietly staking his claim a one of the best in the world at his position right now. Eder Militao put on a masterclass against Real Sociedad, keeping Mikel Oyarzabal and Alexander Isak well-guarded in his pocket. Not even Lautaro Martinez nor Edin Dzeko should threaten him on Tuesday. He and Alaba did a great job against them the first time around, especially Lautaro.

RB Dani Carvajal

Lucas Vazquez has an outside shot at starting, but this is an important Champions League tilt for Dani Carvajal. Madridistas want to see consistency from Carvajal, having remembered his woeful showing last weekend in the league vs. Sevilla.
