3 reasons why Carlo Ancelotti is the man to lead Real Madrid’s new generation
THERE’S NO ONE BETTER THAN CARLO ANCELOTTI AT THE MOMENT
In today’s modern football, the idea of handing a manager a long term development project no longer exists, for the most part. Exceptions are always there, but It’s almost all about instant impact and results. And if you fail to do so, then you’re out. Fair to say that gone are the days when managers had time on their side to develop a plan into a winning project.
Nonetheless, even with the change in football management objectives and expectations, Carlo Ancelotti has so far done more than enough to secure his future at the Spanish capital. He’s delivered fantastically so far and Real Madrid now look like clear favourites to win the La Liga title. In the Champions League, Los Blancos have the potential to go the distance as well.
However, if things go south in terms of injuries because of Ancelotti’s stubbornness in rotating the squad. I still believe that there’s no better replacement out there in the market currently to replace the Italian.
Real Madrid were previously linked with Antonio Conte and Massimiliano Allegri. The former has now taken over a new project at Tottenham Hotspur whilst Allegri has returned to Juventus for a second time. There is the option of appointing Erik ten Hag in the near future, but the Ajax Amsterdam manager is also on the radar of Manchester United.
There simply aren’t many managers out there who would be ideal replacements for Carlo Ancelotti, and the ones that might actually be good enough, simply aren’t available at the moment. So, to lead the new generation at Real Madrid, there’s no one right now that is better suited for the job than Carlo Ancelotti.
