Despite rumors, Real Madrid won’t put any additional pressure on Kylian Mbappe

Real Madrid are playing a waiting game with Kylian Mbappe right now, and it is tough for basically every single Real Madrid fan to see transfer rumors suggesting one thing or the other every day. Everyone just wants this transfer saga to finish, and that is expected to happen in the summer, with Mbappe joining the club on a free transfer.

There were reports a few days ago about Real Madrid putting some pressure on Kylian Mbappe to make a decision. According to The Times, Real said to Mbappe to either join them in the summer, or risk not playing for the club.

But, a recent report from Spain-based source MARCA has put everyone at ease. The report says that the main message from Real’s offices is that the player is already going through enough, so the last thing they want to do is make his condition even worse.

Real Madrid will let Mbappe do what he is currently doing with the utmost professionalism

It says in the report that even though the deal is far from done – as it is not signed – the higher-ups are really calm about the whole situation and don’t see it as a problem.

Mbappe, every single day is being asked questions about his future. His current club, PSG are sending him one offer after another and trying to convince him to stay for a couple more seasons. Players are publicly talking about the whole transfer saga.

Not to mention, there are so, so many transfer rumors and reports about Mbappe every single day. There’s no doubt about it: Mbappe’s already doing what he can, so why would Real Madrid go ahead and make it even worse for him?

If Real were to go out of their way to ask him that question, I don’t know if Mbappe would even want to join. It’s something that the club needs to be really careful with, especially after the recent reports about Mbappe rejecting a million-euros-a-week offer from PSG, and about him potentially bringing Mauricio Pochettino with him.

Hopefully, the transfer saga concludes this summer, and Mbappe can finally be unveiled as a Real Madrid player. Let’s see what happens.
