CM – Eduardo Camavinga

The player is improving with each game, so if he hasn’t already, it’s about time he put up a really serious fight against others for a starting slot. Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni create an excellent pairing because it looks like the Frenchmen already understand each other.

DM – Aurelien Tchouameni

It is reasonable to state that, as a result of recent performances, Tchouameni has established himself as the defensive midfielder they anticipated he would develop into when Casemiro left.  He definitely stands out because of his accuracy, assurance, and physicality and gives Real Madrid the much-needed cover in the middle of the park.

CM – Luka Modric

There’s no explanation. Who else, if not Modric? He has to be there.

RW – Fede Valverde

Fede Valverde is now Los Blancos’ primary choice on the right wing, since Rodrygo is thought to be more suited as a super sub in the second half and Marco Asensio’s future is uncertain. Expect Rodrygo to come on later on though, if things are not going Real Madrid’s way.

 ST – Karim Benzema

Benzema did not have a very fantastic last match by his high standards, but he still managed to score two incredible goals in the last minutes. But even if Real Madrid had the finest attackers to take his spot, which they don’t, his performance wasn’t so poor that he needs to be rotated. Benzema will undoubtedly start every game he can.

LW – Vinicius Jr.

It is unarguable, unquestionable and rather irrational to challenge Vinicius’ starting spot on current form. He has firmly established himself on the left flank and will not be leaving anytime soon, plain and simple.
