Even David Ornstein and Mario Cortegana of The Athletic are now leaving the door slightly ajar for Vini Jr. to go to Arsenal this summer. But Vinicius isn't the only notable name who could trade Royal White for Gunpowder this summer transfer window. Here are three more players who could potentially leap from the Santiago Bernabeu up north to the Emirates.
ST Endrick
Real Madrid surely wouldn't be so brazen as to sell Endrick to Arsenal or permanently to anyone, for that matter, but it is sounding more and more like Jose Mourinho and the club are open to loaning the Brazilian out.
Endrick had an opening to be the main backup No. 9 or a potential starter on the right wing, but it says a lot about how Mourinho views his readiness that he asked for Carlos Espi to replace Gonzalo Garcia and wanted the club to spend 120 million euros on Yan Diomande on the right wing. Endrick could be a great backup for Viktor Gyokeres and even challenge him and Noni Madueke for starts - in relief of Bukayo Saka, in the latter case.
CM Eduardo Camavinga
Eduardo Camavinga is trying his best to stay at Real Madrid, but Jose has already told him he doesn't want him at the club anymore. And after he gave him 90 minutes against Fiorentina and watched him flop, the Frenchman's fate is sealed in the eyes of Mou.
But while Camavinga has been a disappointment these last few seasons, his talent is obvious and his ability as a box to box midfielder is difficult to deny. Arsenal are about to buy Bruno Guimaraes to join Martin Zubimendi, Mikel Merino, and Declan Rice, but Camavinga is a totally different profile with his energy and athleticism. He could make sense as a role player for Arsenal.
CB Raul Asencio
Victor Valdepenas was a young defender from Real Madrid on the Arsenal transfer radar, but he has made a smart move to Fiorentina. Meanwhile, Arsenal are being linked to another player Jose Mourinho desperately wants to get rid of in Raul Asencio. Although he was poor last season and had some attitude issues, Asencio was one of Real's top defensive prospects and looked amazing in 2024/25 under Carlo Ancelotti. He may just need a change in scenery, and he has that Dark Arts aura about him like Gabriel Magalhaes, which Mikel Arteta loves. And Arteta also loves his Spanish La Liga signings.
