With all the bits about the loss to Atletico Madrid, Vinicius Junior's poor showing in almost every single game this season, while also seeing Kylian Mbappé doing an interview with basically every news outlet under the sun, this feels like a much-needed breath of fresh air.
Bellingham is one of the best players in the world and is probably Real Madrid's most important one. To see him being close to renewing his contract with the team just a few years after he joined is amazing news.

According to a previous report, his new contract will run till 2032, which is when Bellingham would be around 29 years old. If the Englishman wants to continue at Real Madrid for the majority of his playing career, this is not even his last contract because, at the end of this new deal, he would be in his prime. There will be time for him to get another few years at the club through a contract extension, should he decide to stay at Real Madrid.
If it were up to the fans, there would be nothing else they would want. Bellingham has made it clear to many people in the past that he loves playing for Real Madrid and he loves being in Spain. Whenever he's asked a question about wanting to play in the Premier League at some point, his answer is always inclined towards wanting to stay at Real Madrid over wanting to fulfil the desire to play in the Premier League.
He has been asked that question many times before, and he's always said to the interviewer that they would have to look for someone else if they want a superstar in the Premier League.
Obviously, playing for Real Madrid, you probably wouldn't want to risk saying ‘maybe’, by the way, but hopefully Bellingham was telling the truth then, and hopefully he continues playing at Real Madrid for the majority of his career.
