Manchester United are embarking on another new era with Ruben Amorim being brought in as the club's new manager. They have struggled to find success since Sir Alex Ferguson retired back in 2013. With a new head coach in place, expect there to be some fresh additions on the pitch as well over upcoming transfer windows. And it looks like the Old Trafford outfit have a Real Madrid player in their sights.

A number of Real Madrid players have been linked with moves away from Santiago Bernabeu in recent weeks. There have been suggestions that Aurelien Tchouameni is the most likely candidate to leave. But it is one of his French international teammates that Manchester United have on their radar.

As reported by Bernabeu Digital, Eduardo Camavinga's entourage is aware of Manchester United's interest in the player, either for January or next summer. It has not even given rise to talk about figures, as it has been nothing more than an unsuccessful feeler on the part of the Premier League club.

Camavinga is flattered by the interest of Manchester United but he is keen to remain at Real Madrid for many more years. So, do not expect a move to Old Trafford to materialise anytime soon.

Camavinga is one of the most important members of Carlo Ancelotti's squad. And that is not just because of his quality but his versatility as well. He is capable of performing at a high level in multiple positions.

The Frenchman missed the early part of the season due to an injury but now that he is back available, he has been getting consistent playing time once again. And Real Madrid should not even consider the idea of parting ways with someone of this importance to the team.

As for Manchester United, it remains to be seen if they find success with Amorim. He is viewed as one of the best rising managers in the game who overdelivered with Sporting Lisbon. But a lot of those same things could have been said about Erik ten Hag.
