Real Madrid have one of the best youth systems in the world. They are known to produce some of the best talents who go on to achieve global success. A lot of the time, Real Madrid receive help from their infamous loan system, where they loan players from other clubs to develop in their youth setup, meaning more flexibility for them and the player.
It is a great system from Real Madrid because it means they can analyse the player and their style within their secondary teams such as Real Madrid B. Then, depending on how the Real Madrid recruitment team feels about how the player graces the pitch and if they match the Real Madrid philosophy, they can either be signed permanently or they will be allowed back to their parent club.
One of the players who is currently in the loan system is Iker Bravo. Real Madrid originally signed the 17-year-old (at the time) on loan from Bayer Leverkusen, after he became the youngest player to make their debut at Leverkusen, taking the record from Florian Wirtz.

Now, the decision has been made. According to a report from Fabrizio Romano on X (formerly Twitter), Iker Bravo is closing in on a move to Udinese. At this point in time, the final deals are being clarified, as he will sign there from Bayer Leverkusen, instead of signing for Real Madrid permanently.

Iker Bravo has spent two good years developing in the Real Madrid setup. However, he is unfortunately the right player at the wrong time. Ageing at 19 years old, his priority will undertandably be first-team action, which is something Real Madrid cannot promise. In his position, he would be fighting for a place alongside Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo, Endrick and Kylian Mbappe.
But, who knows? Maybe at some point down the line, Iker Bravo will impress so much in the Serie A that he becomes a target of Real Madrid again. After all, Los Blancos know plenty about him already.
