For continuity purposes, player ages at the time of their Real Madrid debuts will be taken from Transfermarkt. Furthermore, only debutants in La Liga will be considered.
5. Vinicius Junior (18 years, 2 months and 17 days)
It is fitting that kicking off this list is Vinicius Junior, a player who still proudly dons the Real Madrid jersey. Vinicius Junior made his Liga debut for Real Madrid in 2018, during a 0-0 Madrid derby against Atletico. At the time, Vini aged just 18 years, 2 months and 17 days.
His performance as a youngster was a sign of things to come, as he has already established himself as a club legend.
4. Alvaro Morata (18 years, 1 month and 19 days)
Speaking of Atletico Madrid, next up in the list is a player who does not resonate as well with Real Madrid fans, Alvaro Morata. The Spaniard who has represented Real Madrid on two separate occasions made his Liga debut for Real in 2010, playing against Real Zaragoza. At the time of his debut, Morata aged at 18 years, 1 month and 19 days.
Morata went on to become an exceptional striker but unfortunately, his mentality meant that he couldn't make it at a club as large as Real Madrid.

Unfortunately for Jose Rrodirguez after making his debut, he failed to make another league appearance for Real Madrid and was ultimately sold to Galatasaray in 2015.
2. Javi Garcia (17 years, 9 months and 20 days)
Now retired, Javi Garcia played for Real Madrid on two seperate occasions. It was in his first stint where he made his Liga debut for Real, in 2004. He made an appearance against Levante UD, making him the second youngest player to play for Real Madrid since 2000.
1. Martin Odegaard (16 years, 5 months and 6 days)
Martin Odegaard has taken the world by storm in recent seasons, serving as the Arsenal captain in their new-look Mikel Arteta team. However, there was a point in time where the Norwegian was a promising Real Madrid youngster.
