Arsenal will try to finish ahead of Manchester City once again this season. Mikel Arteta's side have been one of the most entertaining teams in world football for a few years now but they have been able to convert that into silverware. Will that change this season? We can only wait and watch. They seem to be planning for the future already as well and one of the players in their sights is also believed to be on the radar of Real Madrid.

Left-back is an area where Arsenal might be looking to strengthen soon. And there seems to be a possibility that Oleksandr Zinchenko could depart the club in a part-exchange deal.

As reported by Inter Live, Arsenal could try to sign Federico Dimarco by coming forward with an offer of €30 million plus a technical counterpart, perhaps Zinchenko himself. The Inter Milan full-back has also piqued the interest of Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid.

It is no secret that Real Madrid are the favourites to sign Alphonso Davies as a free agent next summer, when his contract at Bayern Munich is set to run out. But if that move fails to transpire for some reason, Dimarco could be an excellent alternative for Ancelotti's side.

Dimarco has been one of Inter Milan's most underrated performers for a while now. The 26-year-old has made 24 appearances for the Italian national team as well.

Dimarco came through the youth ranks at Inter Milan. He would end up moving to Sion in 2017 but was brought back just a year later, with the Nerazzurri exercising the buyback clause in his deal.

He has been out on a couple of loan spells since then. But for the previous three seasons, Dimarco has been a regular starter for Inter Milan, helping them to numerous domestic titles and even the final of the Champions League a couple of years back, which they lost to Manchester City.
