Fans of the game from across the globe all seem to think the same thought - Surely it's only a matter of time until Kylian Mbappe signs for Real Madrid. Having been linked for the longest time with his big move to the football capital of the world, Mbappe has the golden opportunity this summer since his contract runs out at Paris Saint-Germain.
There is an option for Mbappe to extend his contract by a further year, but this doesn't look likely. Now, the Frenchman is able to discuss his future with other clubs.

Marca has reported that Kylian Mbappe is willing to sign for Real Madrid this summer on a free contract, as he does not wish to extend his stay in Paris. In fact, he even sent a letter to his current club to inform them of this decision. However, there is a significant obstacle in the way of this deal.
And this obstacle goes by the name of Fayza Lamari, who is Kylian Mbappe's agent but more importantly, his mother. The Spanish outlet describe Lamari as "una mujer implacable", which directly translates in English to "a relentless woman".
Living up to the adjective, Lamari is proving difficult to negotiate with, which is understandable since she only wants the best for her son. This is a monumental move for Mbappe and could be one of the biggest transfers in history in terms of status and direction of the game.
Talks will continue, and Real Madrid will continue to negotiate with Kylian Mbappe's agents. The one thing which works in their favour, thankfully, is that the player wants the move just as much as they do. Therefore, fans are anticipating some serious moves to be made with regard to this transfer saga in the coming weeks.
