Kylian Mbappe makes record in latest Real Madrid win
Kylian Mbappe has been on a bit of a scoring run lately, with his goal drought already a thing of the past. Of course, one could point to the fact that the majority of his goals have come from the penalty spot. The latest example was his 90th-minute spot against Espanyol to seal a 4-1 win for Real Madrid over Espanyol.
That being said, Mbappe is contributing to this side in more ways than one. He is not just bringing goals to the table.
In fact, he has been more involved in creating for his teammates as well. According to Sofascore Football, for the first time in his entire career, Mbappe recorded 7 key passes in a match, in the game against Espanyol.
One thing is clear. Mbappe has not walked in at Santiago Bernabeu and wanted everything to be built around him. He is integrating himself as part of the team and is adding further strings to his bow. That should be a scary thought for opposition teams, because sooner or later, he will find his touch in front of the goal as well.

Of course, it is not just Mbappe who has been a positive for Real Madrid recently. Vinicius Junior seems to have found his form as well while Endrick is showing that he can make an impact off the bench. He has scored a couple of goals already and also won the penalty against Espanyol.
Real Madrid's start to the season has not been great by any means. But they are slowly but surely finding their form.
They scored four goals against Espanyol, made a comeback and it was their fourth straight win as well. Carlo Ancelotti will surely be happy with what he has seen from his team lately.
