Real Madrid are reigning European and Spanish champions, and they will be strengthening further this summer. Kylian Mbappe is set to join the club, bringing an end to a long-running saga. The Frenchman is regarded by many as the best player in the world right now. On the other hand, Endrick will also arrive at Santiago Bernabeu, having impressed during his time at Palmeiras and he is already playing first-team football for the Brazil national team.

On the other hand, there are some Real Madrid players who could be looking to leave. One whose future is certainly in doubt is Andriy Lunin.

Lunin was tremendous for Real Madrid last season. With Thibaut Courtois out injured, he was successful in establishing himself as the number one between the posts and justified his place in the team with a string of impressive performances that helped them win La Liga and reach the Champions League final.

But when Courtois got fit, he was brought straight back into the starting XI. So, one can understand if Lunin is considering his options right now. And it looks like Liverpool could be a potential destination for him if he was to depart Santiago Bernabeu.

As reported by SPORT (via Caught Offside), Liverpool have already made contact regarding a summer move for Lunin. They are interested in signing the Ukrainian goalkeeper.

Lunin proved himself to be a fantastic goalkeeper last season and Real Madrid will surely want him to remain at the club. His contract is running down though and there have been rumours that Los Blancos have offered him fresh terms. It remains to be seen whether the 25-year-old extends.

If Lunin were to leave, he would not have a lack of options, thanks to his fantastic performances last season. And he might need to if he wants to be a starter.
