Real Madrid have some incredible plans for the summer transfer window. It is widely reported that they are close to securing Kylian Mbappe, with Fabrizio Romano confirming the approval will be coming soon.

Considering Carlo Ancelotti could win the treble this season, the thought of him adding more world-class talents to the already star-studded roster is a terrifying thought for everybody except Real Madrid.

But will Kylian Mbappe actually join Real Madrid? After all, it is all well and good hearing that he is "expected to join" but such is the nature of the sport, Real Madrid fans will not be entirely satisfied until the deal is confirmed.

Well, fear not Real Madrid fans, for it seems like Paris Saint-Germain boss and former Barcelona and Real Madrid player Luis Enrique has said his goodbyes to the departing player.

As per Fabrizio Romano on X, Luis Enrique said: “It’s been a pleasure to train Kylian Mbappé. He has always been perfect, he’s a role model. I have zero negative things to say about Kylian. I’ve nothing against him. He’s been really perfect, his behaviour has been excellent”

Needless to say, Kylian Mbappe is a Paris Saint-Germain legend and one of the greatest players to ever play for the club. Still relatively early into his career, Mbappe ultimately won six league titles with PSG, lifting his most recent within the last week.

Luis Enrique is a respectable manager. He has worked with some of the best players in history, both as a manager and a player. Therefore, it is not a surprise to see him pay tribute in a respectful manner to his seemingly departing player.
