The summer transfer window ended just weeks ago but Real Madrid are already being linked with players they could look to sign in the next one. It is not hard to understand why. There are a few positions in their current squad that are in need of strengthening. Both Alphonso Davies and Trent Alexander-Arnold are rumoured to be on Los Blancos' radar with their current deals running out at the end of the 24/25 season.

Davies is not the only Bayern Munich player that Real Madrid are believed to be interested in though. On a number of occasions, Jamal Musiala has been linked with a switch to Santiago Bernabeu as well, as he has developed into one of the best young talents in world football.

Musiala's current deal with Bayern Munich is believed to run until the summer of 2026. And it would be safe to say that if he were to leave the Bundesliga giants, there would be no lack of clubs looking to sign him.

As reported by TEAMtalk, Manchester City are firmly in the race to sign Musiala but Real Madrid are also pushing to bring him in. The English club have ‘hinted’ that they can put forward a bid of €100 million for the Bayern Munich player and are the ‘most informed’ team in the Premier League on the German international's situation.

Musiala is a fantastic talent for sure. He can make the difference in the final third of the pitch, and has shown that for both Bayern Munich and the Germany national team.

If Real Madrid were successful in signing Musiala, it would have to be considered a major coup. But at the same time, any such move would raise questions as well.

At the moment, Real Madrid have players like Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo, Endrick and Brahim Diaz. So, where would Musiala fit into that mix? If you sign a player of his quality and talent, you have to start him.
