PSG want Real Madrid player with Kylian Mbappe close to leaving
With every passing day, it seems more likely that Kylian Mbappe will end up wearing the Real Madrid shirt come next season. His current deal at Paris Saint-Germain is set to run out in the summer and so far, an extension has not been agreed yet. Most of the rumours do suggest that the World Cup winner is most probably set to leave the French capital once his contract expires.
In that scenario, Real Madrid would be heavy favourites to sign Mbappe. The Frenchman might be one of the best players in the world, but there are not too many clubs who can even come close to matching his wages.
Of course, Mbappe has been the face of PSG for a while. So, if he was to leave the French club, they would need to bring in a replacement for him.
And interestingly, they are being linked with a Real Madrid player. As reported by Don Diario (via The Hard Tackle), PSG are interested in Rodrygo.

Vinicius Junior is the one who has been linked with a potential move away from Real Madrid in case of Mbappe's arrival next summer. But it looks like his club and international teammate is drawing PSG's interest.
Rodrygo has had an interesting season so far. He struggled in the early goings and there were calls for him to be dropped from the starting XI.
Carlo Ancelotti continued playing Rodrygo though and the results eventually came. The Brazilian went on the best run of his career and was unplayable for some time. But now, his form has dipped once again and he has not made a goal contribution in his last six league outings.
So, it would be interesting to see if Real Madrid considered parting ways with Rodrygo, if significant offer did arrive on their table. Time shall tell.
