Real Madrid appear to be getting ready for one of the most memorable summer transfer windows in the club's history. Rumours have suggested that a deal is already in place for Kylian Mbappe to arrive at Santiago Bernabeu. If accurate, then the club would be signing one of the best players in the world as a free agent. On top of that, there is plenty of speculation surrounding a potential move for Alphonso Davies of Bayern Munich.

There is another player who will be arriving at Santiago Bernabeu next summer. That is none other than Endrick, who has been earning comparisons with Ronaldo Nazario in Brazil. It goes without saying that expectations are high.

But there are some question marks surrounding how much playing time Endrick would receive at Real Madrid if Mbappe joins as well. Could that end up delaying the Brazilian's move to the Spanish capital?

As reported by GOAL, Palmeiras will try to take advantage of Mbappe's move to Real Madrid. The Brazilian club want to keep Endrick in Sao Paulo until December this year.

It is easy to see both sides of the argument. Letting Endrick remain at Palmeiras for six more months would help him get a further taste of the senior game.

But at the same time, arriving at Real Madrid in the summer might be better for him than doing so in the middle of the season. It would let him have a full pre-season with his new teammates and allow him some time to settle into life in Spain before the games come thick and fast.

Ultimately, Real Madrid have a fantastic recent record when it comes to developing youngsters and Endrick does seem like a special talent. So, the club should be confident about their ability to get the best out of him in the long run.
