Real Madrid appear to be setting up for one of the biggest transfer windows in the club's history, and just imagine what kind of territory that covers. Santiago Bernabeu is Kylian Mbappe's most likely destination when his contract with PSG runs out in the summer. And he is not the only high-profile name who could be heading to the Spanish capital.

Real Madrid are believed to be the favourites to sign Alphonso Davies too. And a centre-back is also seemingly on their radar.

The club need to strengthen at centre-back sooner or later. Both Eder Militao and David Alaba have suffered serious ACL injuries this season, and let's see how they perform when they are back on the pitch. On the other hand, three of their four recognised centre-backs are past 30 years of age.

Naturally, there have been calls to bring in a youngster in that position. And it looks like Leny Yoro of Lille is on the top of Real Madrid's transfer wishlist.

As reported by MARCA, Lille are clear that if Yoro is transferred next summer, his destination will never be PSG. In the race to sign the Frenchman, there is one team above all and that is Real Madrid.

Yoro does seem like a very special talent. At just 18 years of age, he is a regular starter for Lille, who are one of the best defensive teams in Ligue 1. The youngster has been dubbed by many as the 'new Raphael Varane'.

Of course, signing him will not be easy. It looks like Lille are looking for a transfer fee in the region of €100 million. And with some of the biggest teams in Europe after his signature, it would not be a surprise if a few are ready to match that figure.
